摘要 ShorttapholelengthisoneofthemosttroublesomeproblemsofBaosteel’sCorex-3000afteritsstartup.Owingtothemeltergasifierprocess,thecharbedfloatedupanddownasthelevelofhotmetalandslaginhearthchanging.Thesecausealotofproblemssuchastheheavyerosionoftapholeareasandhardcasthousework.ThehighsecondtappingflowisanoticeablecharacteristicofCorexprocess.Thereasonsofshorttapholeisanalysed,andcountermeasuresareputintopractice,someimprovementsarecarriedoutinmodule2Corex-3000.
