摘要 SmallRNA(sRNA)-mediatedpost-transcriptionalregulationdiffersfromprotein-mediatedregulation.Throughbasepairing,sRNAcanregulatethetargetmRNAinacatalyticorstoichiometricmanner.Sometheoreticalmodelswerebuiltforcomparisonoftheprotein-mediatedandsRNA-mediatedmodesinthesteady-statebehaviorsandnoiseproperties.ManyexperimentsdemonstratedthatasinglesRNAcanregulateseveralmRNAs,whichcausescrosstalkbetweenthetargets.Here,wefocusonsomemodelsinwhichtwotargetmRNAsaresilencedbythesamesRNAtodiscusstheircrosstalkfeatures.Additionally,thesequence-functionrelationshipofsRNAanditsroleinthekineticprocessofbase-pairinghavebeenhighlightedinmodelbuilding.
