摘要 Chloramphenicolisanantibioticandoneofthepotentialcontaminantsinhoney.Solid-phaseextractionisthekeypretreatmentprocedureforanalysisofchloramphenicolinhoney.Inthiswork,anon-linepretreatmentliquidchromatography-tandemmassspectrometersystemforsensitive,reliableandhigherthroughputanalysiswasdeveloped.Withthemethylcellulose-immobilizedreversed-phasecolumn,sugarsinahoneysamplewereefficientlyremovedin1min.Asaresult,thelimitofquantitationofchloramphenicolwas20pg/mL(0.2μg/kghoney).
