摘要 Thewater-solubleconjugatedpolyelectrolyte,poly[3-(1′-ethyloxy-2′-N-methylimidazole)thiophene](PEOIMT),wasprepared.Itsphotophysicalandelectrochemicalproperties,andresponsecharacteristicstotheexternalcondition(eg,temperatureresponse,solventresponseandpHresponse),wereinvestigated.TheresultsshowthePEOIMTbelongstotheorganicsemiconductor.TheinteractionbetweenthePEOIMTandthebovineserumalbumin(BSA)wasinvestigatedusingUV-visspectroscopy.ItwasfoundthatthePEOIMTcouldinteractwiththeBSA.ThePEOIMTcanbeusedasabiosensortodetecttheBSA.
