1.ObjectivesAsthediscoveryofgashydrateinQilianMountainpermafrostin2008,themaincontrollingfactorsanddistributionofgashydratearenotclear.Thisrestrictsthefurtherprogressingashydratesurveyinthisarea.Hence,ChinaGeologicalSurveyerectedtheproject"ExplorationofgashydrateresourcesintheQilianMountainanditsadjacentareas"continuouslytobetterunderstandthegashydrateaccumulationintermsofgreatergashydratediscovery.
