Active control of time-delay in cutting vibration-中国期刊网

摘要 Thesystemdynamicsofturningprocessescanbedescribedbyadelaydiferentialequation.Howtoimprovethestabilityandsuppressthevibrationofcuttingisofaninterestingtopic.Inthispaper,amultipletime-delaycontrollerisdevelopedbasedondiscreteoptimalcontrolmethodfortheturningvibrationscontrol.Numericalsimulationsarecarriedouttoverifytheefciencyofthecontroller.Resultsindicatethedesignedcontrollercansuppressthecuttingvibrationefcientlyandimprovethestabilityofthecuttingprocesses.Theinfluenceofdesignedtime-delayandsamplingtimeonthecontrolperformanceisalsodiscussed.
