摘要
Inthispaper,twoirreversibleexothermicautocatalyticreactionswhichcarryoutincontinuousstirredtankreactor（CSTR）areconsidered.Adifferential-algebraicsystemisappliedtomodelthesechemicalreactions.Thestabilityandthedynamicbehaviorarestudiedforthedifferential-algebraicsystem.TheHopfbifurcationappearswhentheparameterexceedsacriticalvalue.Inordertoeliminatethiscomplexbehavior,thedifferential-algebraicsystemisdescribedbyasingle-inputandsingle-outputsystemwithparametervaryingwithindefiniteintervals,andthenvariablestructurecontrolwithslidingmodebasedonaspecialpowerreachinglawisdesignedtostabilizethischemicalsystem.Numericalsimulationsaregiventoillustratetheeffectivenessofthemethod.
