摘要 Machinetoolhasbeenwidelyusedintheproductionofthemilitaryandcivilian.Themachiningprecisionoftheworkpieceisthedirectreflectionforthemachiningperformanceofmachinetool.Withtheimprovementforrequirementofthemachiningprecision,improvingtheaccuracyofmachiningisbecomingimportant.Guidewayandspindlearethekeymotioncomponentsthatdecidedtheshape,therelativepositionandthesurfaceroughnessoftheworkpiece.Inordertoadapttotherequirementsoftheworkpiecemachining,thispaperanalyzestheerrorsofguidewayandspindlethataffecttheaccuracyoftheprocessing,establishesthemotionrelationsforeveryerrorsofguidewayinmachiningprocess,identifiestheregularforthestraightness,bendingoftheguidewayandrotatingerrorofspindlethatinfluencestheworkpiecesurface.Finally,accordingtothecorrelationanalysisofthemeasuredandthesimulationresults,themotionerrorofmachinetoolisidentified,whichlaysthefoundationforimprovingtheaccuracyofmachinetoolinnextstep.
