摘要
Westudiedtheeffectsofnitrogen(N)andphosphorus(P)supplyonFv/Fm(maximalquantumyieldofphotosystemII)inthealgaeChaetocerosdebilis,Dicrateriainornata,PlatymonassubcordiformisandHeterosigmaakashiwotodeterminethesensitivityofFv/FmtoP-limitationofthefourspecies.ObviousdecreaseofFv/FmvaluewasmonitoredinperiodsofP-depletion,thedecreaseshowingdifferentmagnitudesamongalgalspecies.AmorecleardecreaseofFv/FminPlatymonassubcordiformisandHet-erosigmaakashiwowasobserved,comparedwiththatinChaetocerosdebilisandDicrateriainornata.AftertheresupplyofP,theindexFv/Fmofthefourspeciesallrecoveredquicklyin24h.CelldivisionwasmaintainedandchlorophyllcontentcontinuedtoincreaseuntiltheendoftheexperimentinPlatymonassubcordiformisandHeterosigmaakashiwo,whileinChaetocerosdebilisandDicrateriainornata,thedivisionstoppedinthelaterperiodwhenthegrowthoforganismscameintothestationaryphase.ThemostobviousrespondofchlorophyllcontenttoP-additionswasobservedinHet-erosigmaakashiwoculturein24h.ThesensitivityofFv/Fmtonutrientlimitationsisdifferentamongalgalspecies,andmuchshouldbedonetoimprovetheapplicationofthisindex.
