摘要
Inducedembryonicstemresourcesfortheobservationofthecell（ES）cellsareexpectedtobepromisingcellbehaviorsindevelopmentalbiologyaswellastheimplantationincelltreatmentsinhumandiseases.ArecombinantE-cadherinsubstratumwasdevelopedasacellrecognizablesubstratumtomaintaintheEScells＇self-renewalandpluripotencyatsinglecelllevel.Furthermore,thegenerationofvariouscelllineagesindifferentgermlayers,includinghepaticorneuralcells,wasachievedonthechimericproteinlayerpreciselyandeffectively.Theinductionandisolationofspecificcellpopulationwascarriedoutwiththeenhancingeffectofotherartificialextracellularmatrices（ECMs）inenzyme-freeprocess.ThemurineEScell-derivedcellsshowedhighlymorphologicalsimilaritiesandfunctionalexpressionstomaturedhepatocytesorneuralprogenitorcells.
