摘要
Coherentdiffractionimaging(CDI)andptychographytechniquesbypassthedifficultyofhavinghigh-qualityopticsinX-raymicroscopybyusinganumericalreconstructionoftheimagethatisobtainedbyinvertingthediffractedintensityrecordedbyacharge-coupleddevicearray.However,thereconstructionoftheimagefromtheintensitydataobtainedfromaweaklydiffractingspecimenisknowntobedifficultbecauseoftheobviousreductioninsignal-to-noiseratio(SNR).Inthiscase,thespecimenonlyslightlymodifiestheprobediffractionpattern,resultingindifficultyintheidentificationofthedetailedstructureofthespecimenfromthereconstructedimagebecauseofthepoorcontrastandsharpnessoftheimage.Toaddressthissituation,amodificationintheimageretrievalalgorithmsusedintheiterativereconstructionoftheimageissuggested.Thismodificationshoulddoublethepresenceofhighspatialfrequenciesinthediffractionpatterntoenhancethecontrastandedgedetectioninexistingimagingtechniques.
