摘要
Managementoftheunderstorylandisaneconomicformtodevelopcultivationandbreedinginmakinguseoftheforestecologicalenvironment.Itisalsoanimportantmeanstoincreasetheincomeofforestfarmersintheforestryregionsafterthereformofforestryrealrights.Thispaperinvestigatedthemanagementstatusofunderstoryland,andanalyzedtheimpactsanddestructionofitsimpropermanagementupontheforestecologyenvironment.Themanagementrightoftheunderstorylandisarestrictedrightofproperty,becausethemanagementisrelatedtotheecologyprotectionofforestandwoodland.Inadditiontoprivatepropertyrights,itshouldalsocomplywiththearrangementofnationalforestmanagement.Therefore,whileencouraginganddevelopingtheunderstorylandmanagement,it’simportanttoestablishalegalsystemforexecutingthemanagementrights,andthemanagementoftheunderstorylandshouldbeincludedinthescopeoftheforestrymanagement.
