摘要
Bothmorphologicalcharactersandaportionofof28SrDNAsequenceswereusedtoidentifyingTomicusspecies.Thespecimenswereclassedintogroupswiththefollowingcharacters:1)granulesorpuncturesoninterstria2onthedeclivityoftheelytra;2)lengthoftheelytralinterstrialhairsandhairsarisingfrompunctures;3)arrangementofpronotalpuncturesandhairs.Thesecharacterscouldbeclearlyexaminedunderabinocularmicroscopeat30×magnificationandtheywereapplicableandvaluablefortheforestentomologiststoidentifyTomicusspecies.Thephylogenetictreeestablishedwithdifferencein28SrDNAsequenceofD2regionrevealedthatthespecimensofeachgroupidentifiedbymorphologicalcharacterswerealsogroupedtogether.Thegeneticdistancesofintra-species,inter-speciesandinter-genuswerenotoverlapped.Geneticdivergenceof28SrDNAwasalsousefulforidentifyingTomicusspecies.
