摘要 Inthispaper,adesigntoestimateclimatenoiseofannualmeantemperaturehasbeenmadebymeansofthemini-muminterannualvarianceandeffectivelyindependentobservationsintimeseries.Byusingittheclimatenoisesofannu-almeansurfaceairtemperatureshavebeenestimatedbasedonthedatafrom1960to1991inthiscountry.Thelowval-uesofclimatenoisesofannualmeantemperaturesarefoundinthesoutheasternTibetPlateau,Yunnan,theSichuanBa-sinandsouthofthemiddleandlowerreachesoftheChangjiangRiverValley.ThehighvaluesareseeninthenorthwesternandnortheasternChinaandtherestoftheTibetPlateau.ArelativelylowvalueregionisinthesouthernXinjiang.
