摘要
Althoughthehydratedniobicacidisanunusualsolidacidandmakinganimpactonitsapplicationincatalysis,itisusuallynonporousandhasaratherlowsurfaceareaandweakacidityuponheattreatment.Toovercometheseshortcomings,thelayerednio-batehadbeenpillaredwiththermostableinorganicoxidessuchasaluminaandsilica.Chromiaisalsoasuitableinorganicoxidewhichcanbeusedaspillarandcontributesnewpropertiestotheresultantmaterials.Here,wereportthefirstsynthesisofachromia-pillaredlayeredniobatewithporosity,acidityandthermostability.
