摘要 Thedynamicsindexes,playinganimportantroleinthecerebralcirculation,willbechangedsignificantlycomparedwiththeirnormalrangeinmanycerebrovasculardisease.ThegeometricalparametersofcerebrovascularmaybedetectedbyDSAorMRAscan,butthehemodynamicparameters,suchas,bloodflow,arteryresistanceandcompliancemustbecalculatedbybuildinghemodynamicsmodel.Thecerebralcircularsystemthathasfourentrancesforbloodflow(twocarotidandtwovertebralarteries)andthreecommunicatingarteriesismuchdifferentfromthesystematicststemwhichhasonlyoneentrance,ic.,theaortic.Thepurposeofthisstudyistosetupahemodynamicsmodelwithlumpedparameterstodescribethecerebralcirculation.Fromthismodel,wegetitsgoverningequationsandpresentanewmethodtocalculatethehemodynamicsindexesinclinicalapplication.
