摘要
Theconceptofsecurityhasbeenredefinedsincethe1990s.Asoneoftheimportantfactorsthreateninghumansecurity,globalenvironmentalchangehasbecomeanewchallengetothenationalsecurityandsocialdevelopment.Thenationalsecurityproblemscausedbyglobalenvironmentalchange,ononehand,arecloselyrelatedtotheglobalenvironmentalproblems,and,ontheotherhand,aremanifestedintheconflictsofinternationalaffairs.TheglobalenvironmentalchangeseverelychallengesthefuturedevelopmentofChina.WhenitcomestothestudyonhumandimensionsofglobalenvironmentalchangeinChina,muchmoreattentionshouldbepaidtoissuesofimportantenvironmentalchangethatmayhavegreatimpactsonthenationalsecurityofChina,tothescientificassessmentofthevulnerabilitiesofthenaturalandsocialeconomicsystemofChinatotheimpactsofglobalenvironmentalchange,andtotheactiveestablishmentofthenationalriskmanagementsystem,inwhichglobalenvironmentalchangeshouldbeincluded,soastomakecontributiontosustainabledevelopmentandconstructionofharmonioussocietyofChina.
