摘要 ThecomplexcoatingontheMgO-CaOclinkerwaspreparedbydippingmethodandaddingthesecondmineraltorestraintheformationandexpansionofthecracks.Meanwhile,thericrostructureandthemorphologyofthecoatingandhydrationresistanceoftheMgO-CaOclinkerwerealsoinvestigated.TheresultshowsthatthecoatingconsistsmainlyofCa2P2O7,MgOandCaCO3,itsthicknessrangesfrom5μmto20μm,andthecoatingisdenseandeven,nomicro-cracksareobserved.Also,thecoatingadherescloselytothematrix.ThehydrationresistanceoftheMgO-CaOclinkeraftertreatmentisimprovedgreatly,andthecastablespreparedwiththetreatedMgO-CaOclinkerhavebetterphysicalpropertiesthanMgOcastable.
