摘要
150casesofprolapseoflumbarintervetebraldiscwererandomlydividedintotreatmentandcontrolgroups.80casesintreatmentgroupweretreatedwithcombinationofacupuncture,oraladministrationofChinesemedicinalherbs,traction,point-injectionandintravenousdripofenergydehydrationmixture;70casesincontrolgroupweremanagedbycombinationofacupuncture,oraladministrationofherbalmedicines,traction,acupoint-injection(withoutenergydehydrationmixture).Theresultsshowedthatthecurativerateandthetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwere91.25%and98.75%separately,whilethoseofthecontrolgroup62.86%and92.86%respectively.Comparisonofthecurativeratebetweenthe2groupsshowedaremarkablesignificance(P＜0.01).TheobservationdemonstratedthatcombinedtreatmentofprolapseoflumbarintervertebraldiscwithtraditionalChineseandWesternmedicineisaneffectiveapproach.
