摘要
AccordingtospecificationsforWeldingProcedureQualificationofASMEIXSectionandChinesecode,JB4708-2000,asoftwarepackageformanagingweldingdocumentshasbeenrebuilt.Consequently,thenewsoftwarepackagecanbeusedinaLimitedAreaNetwork(LAN)with4differentlevelsofauthoritiesfordifferentusers.Therefore,theweldingdocuments,includingDWPS(DesignforWeldingProcedureSpecifications),PQRs(ProcedureQualificationRecords)andWPS(WeldingProcedureSpecifications)canbesharedwithinacompany.Atthesametime,thesystemprovidesusersvariousfunctionssuchasbrowsing,copying,editing,searchingandprintingrecords,andhelpsuserstomakedecisionofwhetheranewPQRtestisnecessaryornotaccordingtothecodesaboveaswell.Furthermore,superuserscanalsobrowsethehistoryofrecordmodificationandretrievetherecordswhenneeded.
