摘要 Anaxisymmetricfiniteelementmodelisdevelopedtosimulatethetemperaturefieldofresistantspotweldingaccordingtotheprocesscharactersofnuggetformationofnon-equalstainlesssteelsheets.Asimulationmethodoftheinteractionofelectricalandthermalfactorsispresented.Thespotweldingprocessofnuggetformationissimulatedusinghardandsoftweldingtechniquenorms.Theheatingcharactersofsoftandhardnormsdeterminethedifferencesintheprocessofnuggetformationanddeterminethefinallyshapeandoffsetofnugget.Experimentalverificationshowsthatthemodelpredictionagreeswellwiththepractical.
