摘要 Thestrongestsignalofplantpromoterissearchedwiththemodelofsinglemotifwithtwotypes.ItturnsoutthatthedominanttypeistheTATA-box.TheothertypemaybecalledTATA-lesssignal,andmaybeusedingenefindersforpromoterrecognition.WhiletheTATAsignalsareverycloseforthemonocotandthedicot,theirTATA-lesssignalsaresignificantlydifferent.Ageneralandflexiblemulti-motifmodelisalsoproposedforpromoteranalysisbasedondynamicprogramming.ByextendingtheGibbssamplertothedynamicprogrammingandintroducingtemperature,anefficientalgorithmisdevelopedforsearchingsignalsinplantpromoters.
