  • 简介:CTAB/TX-100microemulsion-basedgel(MBG),whichcouldbesoakedinaqueoussolutionforalongtimewithoutmechanicalstrengthandshapechanges,wassuccessfullyprepared.LipaseimmobilizedinthisgelhadahigheractivitythanthatinCTABMBGwhencatalyzedtheesterificationreactionbetweenn-hexanoicacidandn-octanolanditsenantioselectivitywasslightlyhigherwhencatalyzedthestereoselectiveesterificationreactionbetweenracemicibuprofenandn-octanol.Inaqueoussolution,lipaseinCTAB/TX-100MBGcouldcatalyzesmoothlythehydrolysisreactionofoliveoilandcouldbereusedmanytimeswithouttheevidentchangeofMBGmechanicalstrengthalthoughitsactivitydecreased41.8%afternine-timerecycles.

  • 简介:CuSmicrocrystalsweresuccessfullypreparedthroughamildsolvothermalreactioninethyleneglycol(EG)withtheassistanceofcationicsurfactantcetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTAB).Aninterestingmorphologyevolutionfromflower-likemicrospherestohollowmicrospheres,andfinallytosmoothnanoflakeswasobservedwhenincreasingtheamountofCTAB.TheproductswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),andUV—visspectroscopy.ItwasfoundthattheamountofCTABplayedanimportantroleindeterminingthemorphologyoftheCuSmicrocrystals.Electricalmeasurementrevealsthattheas-preparedCuSmicrosphereswereofhighconductivity,whichmightfavortheirdeviceapplications.ItisexpectedthatCuSmicrocrystalswithcontrolledmorphologiesandstructureswillhaveimportantapplicationsinsolarcells.Thissimplebuteffectivemethodcouldalsobeextendedtothecontrolledgrowthofotherinorganicmicrocrystals.

  • 简介:以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,采用溶胶-凝胶技术,通过两步酸法控制实验条件引入有机硅烷甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)和表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化氨(CTAB),制备了疏水型SiO2前驱体溶胶。以旋涂法成膜出SiO2~MTES-CTAB纳米疏水薄膜,研究了正硅酸乙酯与甲基三乙氧基硅烷不同的混合比以及不同的热处理温度等对纳米疏水薄膜的影响,并且分析了纳米疏水薄膜的表面形态。研究表明,利用有机基团甲基三乙氧基硅烷改性SiOz溶胶和薄膜的热处理温度对制备的SiO2基纳米疏水薄膜的性能以及表面形态都具有非常重要的影响。

  • 简介:通过CTAB法从冬虫夏草菌株和天然冬虫夏草不同部位提取DNA,并用PCR扩增进行验证,证明了CTAB法适合从冬虫夏草子座、菌核和冬虫夏草菌培养物中提取DNA。首次报道1种将子囊孢子破壁直接进行PCR扩增的方法,并比较了该方法和CTAB法在提取冬虫夏草DNA方面的差异。2种方法获得的DNA用于PCR扩增均能得到较好的结果。

  • 简介:采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性石墨,对环境污染物2,4-二氯苯酚(2,4-DCP)进行吸附性能研究。实验考察了pH、吸附时间对吸附量的影响,研究了改性石墨对2,4-DCP的吸附行为和机理。结果表明:改性石墨对2,4-DCP具有良好的吸附效果,最大吸附量达到54.73mg/g,吸附较好地满足Freundlich等温方程。动力学研究表明:在45min内能达到吸附平衡,准二级动力学模型较好地描述该吸附行为。
